K.C. Coastal is a construction and development company based in Ruskin. Our services cover the entire state of Florida. Since 2013, we've built our business on a simple idea: do the work ourselves. Our own crews handle grading, underground utilities, paving, and concrete, and we supply our own ready-mix and precast, so projects move on one schedule with fewer handoffs. The company runs through five divisions: Concrete, Complete Site Development, Utility Blox, Land Development & Real Estate (through our investment arm, 813 Capital Group), and an organic coffee plantation in Costa Rica.
