What We Do
K.C. Coastal is a Florida construction and development company that self performs the work. We take a site from raw land to finished concrete: clearing and grading, underground utilities, paving, curbs, sidewalks, and flatwork. We supply our own ready-mix and manufacture our own precast. Fewer subs means fewer handoffs, tighter schedules, and one team that owns the result.
